The Challenge
The project encountered several significant challenges, particularly during the interior execution stage: • Highly sensitive site with complex logistics and access requirements • Intensive coordination demands, especially regarding interface and handover activities between two major contractors • Large, open work zones requiring precise sequencing to avoid clashes • Increased planning and scheduling complexity due to multiple parallel workstreams • These challenges necessitated the application of advanced planning methodologies to maintain productivity and ensure seamless alignment across teams.

ATM successfully produced a unified, fully integrated Interiors Execution Plan grounded in TAKT methodology.
