The Challenge
The project faced several significant challenges, including the involvement of more than 21 independent contractors working concurrently without a unified master plan. This resulted in substantial coordination gaps and misaligned work sequences. Furthermore, the project underwent major design and scope modifications during construction, adding complexity to planning, scheduling, and overall project management.
