The Challenge
The project combines roads, utilities, bridges, tunnels, drainage systems, and ancillary structures across remote and elevated terrain. Its multidisciplinary scope requires careful coordination of design interfaces, construction sequences, logistics, resources, access, safety requirements, and dependencies between Packages 6A and 6B.
Our Solution
ATM supported the client team through practical coaching and training in TAKT thinking, collaborative planning, planning governance, and integrated teamwork. The approach helped teams visualize project interfaces, improve coordination between packages and disciplines, strengthen workflow transparency, align planning activities, and support more efficient construction delivery.
